Modular Offshore Accommodation Solutions
Maretek offers modular accommodation solutions for offshore and marine projects that require practical, self-contained spaces for personnel, administration and daily services. Modules can be selected around occupancy, function and available installation area.
Temporary Living Quarters
Temporary living-quarters modules provide adaptable accommodation for offshore projects, maintenance campaigns, construction phases and other situations where additional personnel facilities are required. Early planning should consider occupancy, location, access, utilities, environmental conditions and project-specific safety requirements.
Cabin Modules
Cabin modules are available in configurations for four, six or eight occupants. Internal layout, storage, lighting, ventilation and utility connections can be coordinated with the intended duration of use and the host facility's services.
Office Modules
Modular offices create dedicated work areas for project management, engineering, permits, coordination and administration close to the operational site. The layout can be planned around workstations, meetings, communications and document storage.
Laundry and Toilet Modules
Laundry and toilet modules add essential welfare capacity to a temporary accommodation arrangement. Connection points, water supply, drainage, electrical demand, ventilation and maintenance access should be defined during project planning.
Planning and Integration
A complete module package should be assessed as part of the wider offshore installation. Lifting, structural support, access routes, utility interfaces, fire detection, alarm communication and emergency egress all require coordination with the host asset and the applicable approval basis.
Plan the Required Offshore Facilities
Share the required module types, occupancy, installation location and utility constraints so Maretek can support a suitable accommodation arrangement.
