Engineering and design
Translate the project basis into coordinated deliverables for electrical, instrumentation, control, telecom, piping and structural interfaces.
- EICT package detail engineering, construction drawings, lighting layouts and interface wiring drawings.
- PLC and instrumentation panel design, IS loop calculations, Ex registers and test procedures.
- Piping isometrics and 3D drawings, structural fabrication drawings and as-built updates.
Procurement and package supply
Source project materials and equipment against the agreed specifications, interfaces and documentation requirements.
- E&I, piping and mechanical materials, including cables, distribution and control equipment, valves and field devices.
- Consumables, preservation materials, safety equipment, communication equipment and calibration tools where included in scope.
- Vendor and material coordination for installation and commissioning readiness.
Construction and installation
Coordinate field installation and fabrication for marine, offshore and process packages.
- Cable tray, junction box, panel and switchboard installation; cable pulling, termination and loop checks.
- Field instrumentation, tubing, lighting supports and control panel modifications.
- Process and utility piping fabrication, installation, hydrotesting and package punch clearance.
Mechanical completion and commissioning
Bring installed systems through documented checks and functional readiness for handover.
- Completion databases and dossiers, pre-commissioning plans, hot loop checks and instrument calibration.
- Cause-and-effect testing, switchgear and transformer commissioning support, and safety-system functional tests.
- PAGA and CCTV checks, vendor coordination, leak testing and startup preparation as defined by the project.
Inspection and specialist support
Extend the project team with targeted inspection, testing and service capability.
- Ex inspections and dossiers, factory acceptance test representation and field inspection.
- Valve servicing and calibration, fiber-optic installation and testing, and control panel fabrication.
- Qualified engineering, supervision and technician support for shutdowns, turnarounds and maintenance.
